What we collect

When you grade a site, we store the address you entered, the public pages we were able to read, and the score. We fetch the home page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt. We do not run any code from those pages, and we do not put the raw page on your report.

Email

The email unlocks the full report on the screen. We may email you about your report or our services, and you can unsubscribe anytime. The checkbox for website tips and offers is optional, separate from your report, and starts unchecked. We store a consent time only if you check it. We store the address with the grade and in a contact record for the site you graded. Email we send goes through Resend, an email delivery service. We do not sell the address.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views and a few actions, such as starting a grade, without cookies and without a third-party ad tracker. It does not receive your email or the website address you submit.

How the grade is shared

The results page uses a hard-to-guess link. Anyone with that link can open the grade. Result pages ask search engines not to index them.

How long we keep it

We keep each grade, its consent record, and its nearby-school comparison for 90 days. After 90 days a daily cleanup deletes them, and the results link stops working.

If you enter an email, we also keep a contact record: the address, the site you graded, its latest score and goal, and whether you checked the box for tips and offers. The 90-day cleanup does not delete it. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe, we clear it down to the address, the site, and the date you unsubscribed, so we know not to email you again. The grade itself still expires after 90 days.
